You can purchase Employee Relations Services on a consultancy pay as you go basis which allows you to tailor a package according to individual needs. 

This could include services provided in the Core Package (as described above) and/or additional services such as:
• Attendance at misconduct hearings.
• Attendance at consultation meetings.
• Attendance at staff/governors meetings.
• One to one planning or case work meetings with head teachers and senior management.
• Providing a Contact Officer to keep in touch with suspended employees.

• Providing access to counselling.
