Bucks CC’s Occupational Health services are delivered by a team of health professionals who specialize in Occupational Health, the package includes:
• Access to unlimited occupational health appointments. A clinician referral will be arranged when your school has any long term sickness case – this will ascertain a date for return to work for the employee.
• Unlimited ‘Fit4Jobs’ surveys (Pre-employment checks) for all new staff. This generates a report of all previous health issues and there suitability to do certain tasks which could apply in their role.
• Health screening
• Access to further specialist health assessments as required
• Advice regarding adjustments to the working environment
• Advice on ill health retirement
• Please note all GP/ Specialist reports incur an additional charge
This service will work with your Employee Relations Advisory package, particularly with Health and attendance cases
