This accredited two-half-day course focuses on safeguarding throughout the recruitment process, providing participants with the knowledge and skills to attract, recruit and safely onboard staff within an educational setting. The training also promotes an understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and the importance of maintaining a culture of vigilance to help protect children and young people.
