Traded Services School and Academy Show 2025
"I found the School Academy Show highly valuable, especially regarding the opportunity to identify key contacts within the various departments. Knowing exactly who to speak with for specific queries will significantly streamline our future communication and help us get direct answers much faster. Thank you for facilitating those connections."

If you didn’t attend or would like a recap, here are the highlights of the event.
Insightful Summits
The star of the show! We hosted three summits, which were IT, Education, and HR. During these summits, service leads explored trending topics, shared expert insights, and discussed real-world challenges facing schools today.
These summits were designed to keep you informed, spark inspiration, and provide practical takeaways you can apply in your setting.
Interactive Roundtables
These collaborative spaces were designed for attendees to connect with nearby schools, share experiences, and exchange practical advice on the topics that matter most - based on schools feedback before the event. Service specialists from Bucks Council were also in the room to support and contribute to the discussions.
Roundtables that were hosted:
- Energy roundtable: Invoicing, efficiency, & solar PV potential
- HR Improvement Workshop
- Resilience roundtable: Emergency planning & continuity
- Finance roundtable: Sustainability, cost-saving strategies, & budget management
