The Schools Technical Support Team is committed to providing services to help schools to make effective use of Information Communication Technology across their Curriculum and Admin network(s).
Our Whole School service means that we will work with your entire IT infrastructure and incorporate all the school’s software systems and applications i.e. curriculum software, sign-in management and broadband providers, at no extra charge.
The whole School Support Package for MS Windows curriculum devices (including combined server) compliments the MIS & Financial Systems support package you may already purchase from the ICT Schools Team.
Our Whole School Technical Support Package includes:

- Remote support of issue resolution
- Free on-site issue resolution
- Server software updates, patches and hotfixes
- Management of user accounts for staff & students
- Application packaging and Deployment
- Monthly usage monitoring for RBUSS (cloud Back Up)
- Biannual account management meetings
- Annual audit of IT infrastructure
- iPad and Chromebook support (additional MDM licence cost for iPad support)

Microsoft Windows 11: Are your school devices compatible?
- Windows 10 will be reaching its end of life in October 2025 and will stop receiving security updates.
- The Technical Support Team can assist your school or MAT in upgrading to Windows 11 to maintain data security and compliance.

Cloud Voice (VOIP) Telephone Service
- Analogue (or ‘landlines’) will be shut down by January 2027 and all telephone services will be delivered through broadband connections instead. Schools that still use traditional landlines need to migrate to a VoIP system or risk losing phone connectivity.
- The Technical Support Team has secured an exclusive preferential rate to offer schools on a Cloud Voice (VOIP) system, and together with our trusted service, you can count on our guidance and ongoing support every step of the way.
