Fleet Management
We support all BC-owned vehicles. We provide legal, technical, specification, and maintenance advice to users. We provide vehicles on a contract hire basis.
Departments that purchase their own vehicles must have periodic safety inspections carried out by us. The charge includes arranging the annual MOT test including the pickup and delivery of the vehicle, renewal of the vehicle excise license, and Accident administration. Contact us for prices.
We also offer other maintenance packages where servicing can be included.
Vehicles need to be in Buckinghamshire Council's name to allow Road Fund Licence renewals notices to be received etc.
All lease hire rates are variable and reviewed at the beginning of each financial year

Performance standards and quality monitoring
We regularly compare prices within the vehicle hire market to make sure we're competitive. We comply with legal standards on the operation and maintenance of vehicles. Maintenance contracts are monitored to ensure contractual conditions are met and work is of suitable quality. All vehicles are subject to annual vehicle testing.
