This accredited training course covers safeguarding through the recruitment process, setting out how to safely and effectively attract, recruit and onboard staff into an education setting. It also provides awareness of ensuring a culture of vigilence. The course is delivered by Beryl Hammond-Appiah, Consultancy & Advisory Manager for Buckinghamshire Council, Tara Phips, Resourcing consultant and and Anna Falek, Resourcing and Safeguarding Consultant.
