Useful for both new and established governors and trustees, this session will be led by Jackie Sweeting, Regional Lead for London and the South East at the NGA

A Q&A session led by Cheryl Stead, the Buckinghamshire Council Schools Financial Management Advisor, and a Chair of Governors from a Buckinghamshire School who will share their learning from turning around the school’s challenging financial situation.
