This training will support school leaders to carry out a robust self-evaluation of literacy provision. These sessions will have a sharp focus on disadvantaged learners and those most at risk of underachievement. The self-evaluation will identify strengths and areas that may need more focus. Leaders will be guided through the process, so that the evaluation provided meaningful information for leaders and teachers.
