In recent years, both recruitment and employment law have become more complex. Find out what you need to be aware of when it comes to recruiting in a safe and legal way, avoiding the risk of a discrimination claim and promoting your organisation as a safe and great place to work. This workshop is delivered by Tara Phipps, Resourcing Consultant and Anna Falek, Resourcing and Safeguarding Consultant for Buckinghamshire Council and will cover some common discriminatory pitfalls which you need to be aware of when recruiting.
